What to Do If You Need to Sell Your House Fast
My husband & I want to sell our house FAST. We just bought it last June & at that time it was appraised for $115,000 but we paid $102,000. We don’t care if we make any money off it we just want to move. We are looking into buying a bigger house for our growing family, but want to selling this one first.
I am relocating to antother state and I have been in my house for only a year and I need some advice on how to sell it fast. I called HomeVestors and they said they were not interested and that I havent been in it long enough.
If I cant sell it I will have to rent it out but I am not sure how to get that process started either.
Im trying to buy a house before someone else gets it but the bank said i need to sell truck first to be approved! What should i do the fastest way. Payoff is 37,000
I have remarried and have a custom built home for sale, and don’t want to have to pay double mortgage for long time!!
I really need to get rid of this house fast…..does anyone know anything about auctions or companies that advertise to sell your home fast.
