What to Do If You Need to Sell Your House Fast
I have a turnkey panoramic lake view home for sale. The price is way under what we have put into it, yet no bites. I assume it is because it is rural. How can I get the word out(without a realtor) that my home is worth a look? We need to sell fast because my husband is sick and can not live at the 4000 elevation.

I know that garage sale is the obvious answer, but I live kinda off the beaten track and don’t get alot of people. And furniture you get nothing for. Anybody try consignment? I have alot of furniture. Quality stuff. What about an auction? Or putting it in the paper? There is just so much to do. I also have stock left from a gift store and I have no idea what to do with all this miscellaneous stuff. Help! Which way is best?
I need to sell my home and I have no idea how to do it. Realtors take so much comission. I have called a few investors and am waiting on a price, but if that doesn’t work out I would like to sell it myself. I have been told that it is difficult and if you have any info please help. Thankyou.

i am not behind on payments because i have been borrowing money from family but cant do it forever.i am in a fixed loan and the payment was not bad until my hours got cut at work. i have my home listed with a Realtor.its been on for 6 weeks now with a couple of showings.but i am afraid it will not sell fast enough. i have it priced for 199,000 and owe about 174,000. when i bought it about 20 months ago it appraised for 220,000. and i have put about 30,000 into the lot and home. i don’t care about losing my invested money or equity i just need out before things get bad.i am trying to save my credit.my lender does not want to seem to help me.and i cant really rent it because i would not get enough to cover my payment. plus i will have to get a apartment somewhere. any suggestions?
I need my house to sell between now and Jan 1. What can I do in my house to make it look better to buyers/stand out? I own a small two bedroom house and I don’t have tons of cash to give away as incentives. Any little tips/hints would help.
You get all these adds from realtors stating they can sell your home and I realize the market is slow. I need someone who will be honest with me. Please I am asking the universe to send me an unconventional Realtor.

This Realtor will have to step up to the plate. Someone who will help find a great carpet cleaner, someone with knowledge of wooden floors and any other help I need cosmetically for this home. I am single and need a real helpful realtor, not just someone who is all talk.

I have a 2001 manufactured-mobile home and I am re-locating to another state, need to get rid of it fast. It has been for sale for about 3 months and we have gotten no takers.
