We have a realtor right now who is ok and I think she’s doing what she can to sell our house, but I also feel that if we had a realtor that had more contacts and spent more money on advertising, our house might sell faster. How do you find the right realtor to sell your house?
by the way, to the smart aleck who said I should have asked for referrals, I did

I can’t afford to pay this house, my option is to sell at $80000 less then what I bought it (cause Contractor is giving an $80000 incentive to new buyers). So the bank would lose definetly those $80000. If they lower my mortgage I could afford the house and would not have to go to foreclouser.
