What to Do If You Need to Sell Your House Fast
I am not too much in a hurry but my house is not “well kept”,…. its a rental. I owe 199k and its worth 245, i really dont want to make money off it I just want enough to pay the mortgage. Has anyone tried callin these ads? What do they have to offer? P.S. I live in California

I want to sell my house fast. and I saw the commercial for we buy houses and was wondering if it was worth the try or not. and wanted to know if anybosy has done it or not, if so how much was your house worth and how much did they give you and also what condition was your house in, my house is in great condition I just need to get the carpets cleaned little but other than that its great. so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
Its about 3300 square feet, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, and it was apprased for $199,700, and all of that.

so we lived on a farm, but it was sold and turned into houses. So we bought 80 acres out in the middle of nowhere, now we have lived in a trailer on that property for a few years while we built a barn and got electricity and water and such. not the contract of how long we can live in a trailer is up in a year so we have to build a house or move within the next year. We dont have the money to build a great house fast but dont want to move, any ideas? i looked into extreme home makeover but thats more if you already have a house in bad condition…know of any other show like that to help?
