What to Do If You Need to Sell Your House Fast
I am trying to sell my home, which has a seond loan. If I carry the second, will the house still be in my name or the buyers name. What else can I do to sell my house fast?
I want to move to a wonderful house in Phillips Ranch. The address is 12 Turn Post Ln. Phillips Ranch California 91766. The house looks great but the people living around the house move in and move out fast. The house has been sold many times and sometimes I think something is wrong with it. I have tried to get information on it but I can’t find anything. I asked my real estate guy and he couldn’t find anything either. So if you can please send information on the house if you find some I would appreciate it Thanks.
they are only about a year old, they are VERY nice. Need to sell fast to pay my house payment.
Honeslty… This is a very emotional question for me to ask.
I got married very young and had 2 children. After 7 years of marriage, he became unfaithfull and abusive. He also sold our house and maxed all our cards to cater to his mistress. I took the step and filed for divorce. We lost everything. I mean I was even sleeping in my car with my 2 babies. It was been tough.
It’s been 5 years since then…
AND I thank God that I’ve been able to recover. My kids are honor students and I was able to find jobs that just bearly make ends meet.
Some History…
At 18 I tried to study for earn my EMT-B certification. But I got prego.
At 20 I became an Administrative Assistant.
At 23 I became a Marketing Assistant.
I have 7 years expericance in Marketing. But no degree.
My dream was to become a Police Officer. I started the process and attended the pre-academy training. But they declined me due to my past credit history. (My ex husband max our cards on mistress)
I need to do something FAST! I’m desprate to get out of this financial circle of living check to check. I would love to go back to school. But time is of the essence and I can’t quit my full time job. Also, I have 2 kids at home that need me. So night school maybe hard.
I would love to also be an RN or even a LVN (NURSE) but classes for this is everyday and/or night. I have the kids…
Thanks for reading my story and for taking the time to make your suggestions.
Sorry for the very long details….
God Bless…. =)
Everyone has a different idea of what sells homes and what it takes to sell a home. Assuming there are buyers out there, how do you reach them and what do you emphasize. What is the key motivator that brings the fastest and best results? What should a home owner or real estate broker be doing.
Is location the most important factor or is price or condition? I just wondered what most people think…..what do you think?
Hello, I am looking to buy a car I just found and planning on reselling it within a day or two. My question is, I understand I need to register the title into my name and then sell the car, but to have the title come to my house takes around 3 weeks. Is there a faster process to get the title quicker so I can sell the car faster? And, is there a more better way of doing this legally? Thanks for any advice.
My husband and I would like to sell our house without a Realtor. I understand that the process can be a difficult one. Any tips to make it sell faster? I will appreciate anything, from staging my house to any monetary advice you can give me or even any “deals” we can throw in there. For example, is it a good idea to pay for the closing costs since we don’t have to pay a Realtor? Thanks for any info you can give me
I’ve tried EVERYTHING! What do I do now? Where do I go from here? It is all so depressing and frustrating! I’ve put it on Craigslist, I have it on both Realtors websites in town, and I have contacted several agencies on the internet that buy houses fast, and no luck! I’m at the end of my rope! Help!
I moved into an duplex/house about three years ago. After i had lived there for about 3 months the house sold because the owners husband had a stroke and she could not manage it anymore.
The house sold and I lived there for about 2 years and my new landlord wanted to sell the house after fixing up his side. He painted my side of the apartment and that was pretty much it.
It took awhile but he sold the apartment to a brother and sister and they kicked me out of my apartment. They told me that they knew what the house was when they purchase it so the only charges that would occur when getting my lease back would be cleaning wise.
I got a letter from them today stating that i am not getting any of the lease back. Most of the problems that they had noted where problems that were there before I moved in.
The problem is that I did not document the problems when I moved in because of the fast sell of the house and i did not even get a copy of the lease terms.
Any help?
Hi all, I want to ask Suze Orman this question, but she’s not around so i’m asking you.
I was wondering if we should buy this house. It’s in a good part of the country (Cheshire, CT) known for good schools and not going downhill anytime fast. The house can easily be appraised at $525K even in this bad market. We can buy it for $440K.
Here’s our financial breakdown: We have $80K in cash (although I would only put 10% down) and have excellent credit.
We gross $130K/year. My husband puts 20% into his 401k and I put the max into a Roth IRA per year. After everything we bring home $6400/month.
The house will cost $3200/month (PITI included) and our bills can easily be $1500/month. This leaves $1700/mo for gas, food, extras, vacations, EVERYTHING. We will never be able to save again. We will be the working poor. Did I mention we will never save again? BIG problem for me personally.
So let me ask you, what would YOU do? We don’t like budgets particularly. We’re not extravagent but we do want what we want when we want it, you know? We like to invest, save, and live a little. The problem, this house will be all the “living” we’re going to do for a while.
I should mention that we currently live in this house now (renting – will be sold to us after owner finalizes divorce). It’s a great house, and we do like it a lot. It’s full of our stuff and the thought of moving again is overwhelming.
So, again, what would you do? I’m looking for good financial advice. Thank you!
We’re in our mid-30’s. Shouldn’t we be saving more?
This is a big, beautiful house. It’s been completely redone and is on 2 acres. $350K doesn’t buy anything in Cheshire, maybe a small, beat-up piece of crap. Really, even the ugliest houses are $400K. This is definitely the BEST thing around for the money, DEFINITELY.
Also, I already live here. We rent the house that i’m speaking of. We’re all moved in and everything. It will be ours to buy when the owner gets a divorce.
