My friends, I am not talking about America, there is a nice 4 bedroom house with separate bathroom and restroom and a huge living room, nice kitchen everything has been remodeled to perfection! Plus a Garage !! but the economy in the city that the house is being sold is down and no one wants to buy! all relaters have been informed of this house and it’s all over the internet but still no buyers. is there any other tips that you all can help me with to sell this house ?
Rent to own or owner-finance it are two possibilities.
It is easier to rent a house than to sell it in the current market. If you rent for a couple of years, you might then be able to sell it at a better price.
Dreams only come true at Disneyland.
Hang on to it and hope the economy moves in the other direction.
People don’t have money any more…the big guy has shot himself in the foot.
A decade ago….when big meetings were being held to bring to light that cost of living far exceeded wage earnings…the big guy decided not to pay attention. “I’ll take my chances, there’s got to be money somewhere.”
Now that five families live together in single family residences and the wages continue to falter in the wrong direction while big guy continues to increase the cost of living…his day of reaping what he has sown for himself is upon him.
There are empty homes with people working and yet living in the streets and the big guy continues to raise the cost of living. His best would be to turn the clocks back to a time when cost of living reflected mans wages. Wages are a farce.
Things are going to get much worse…big guy is not yet awake to his grave/greedy mistakes.
