In a magazine called oriental trading there is a statue of St. Joseph and it says according to legend, burying a St. Joseph statue in your yard upside down will make your house sell faster. Does anyone know if this works because if it does I want to do it.

I swear this works. We sold our last 2 houses within days after burying a St. Joseph statue upside down in the backyard. Try it.
