those trees are more trouble than you think, plumbing and foundation ….
Another good advise for sellers may be: bake a bread! I know it sounds curious, but it works: The smell of fresh baked bread reminds the buyer to their childhood and give them the feeling of coming home. Instinctively they’ll feel well and secure. But (!!!) Don’t forget to clan up the kitchen before your buyers arrive.
